The agreement for using the Pontardawe RFC app, and the software it is built with.
Using the app
The app is provided by Pontardawe Rugby Football Club Limited for its members, to carry the members' card, receive club news and manage your membership. Please keep your sign-in to yourself and use only your own card; the club may suspend a card that is misused. Membership, prices and the members' discount are set by the club and may change. The app is provided as it is, and may sometimes be unavailable. Nothing here affects your legal rights.
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies; from Google Play, Google Play's terms of service also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.
Who owns what
The club crest, name and news belong to Pontardawe Rugby Football Club Limited. The app's software belongs to Vesopa Software Limited and is licensed to the club. Apple, Apple Watch, iPhone, Apple Wallet and the App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Android, Wear OS, Google Wallet and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC.
