The Cwmtawe Seven's vets' touch rugby tournament was on Saturday 1 August 2026, with fantastic news: for the first time a women's competition, with 8 teams, alongside 24 teams in the men's competition. Both are made up of a main shield, plate and bowl.
Pontardawe sent two men's squads: Ponty Old Boys (team manager Zak Beynon) and the Cherry & Whites (team manager Tony Trumper). Ponty Daff's played in the women's competition. One squad, one passion!
The tournament was proudly sponsored by Clearsafe Knotweed & Bamboo.
